The weather around here has been so all over the place lately so muggy & yucky to sleep, so we have been sleeping with the aircon on & it makes my sinuses go all funny so you bet my seasonal roller is getting used all day + the peppermint is so uplifting & fresh so win win for this mama! ⠀⠀⠀
This is the recipe I use - ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⋒ 10 drops YL lavender EO (Essential Oil)
⋒ 10 drops YL lemon EO⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⋒ 10 drops YL peppermint EO ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In a 10ml roller topped with fractionated coconut oil & dried botanicals. The dried botanicals are just too lovely to be left out.
