Making a gift is a creative way to give a present and can make the application.
Tip 1: When building your gift basket or hamper our top tip is make it look professional with coloured shred or woodwool and choose the finishing
Tip 2: When filling the gift box, hamper or wooden crate - have a theme in mind e.g. coffee lovers hamper, gourmet hamper, spa hamper, movie night hamper, chocolate lovers hamper, Wine and Cheese Hamper, Tea Time Hamper, Fitness Enthusiast Hamper, Breakfast Basket or Book Lovers Hamper
Tip 3: Choose from various price points or options, such as: Kris Kringle Special: $10.00, $50.00, $100.00 pack, add a Christmas tag, and if the items don’t sell, simply remove the tag and re-tag for other occasions like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc. This is an excellent way to clear out slow-moving stock by combining it with top-selling items.
Tip 4: Workplaces often engage in small gift-giving during Christmas. Offer Christmas-themed gift boxes filled with goodies and stack them in a high-visibility area, such as near the checkout, to encourage quick sales.
Tip 5: Presentation sells. Remember, when chocolates are beautifully presented inside a box, it automatically gives the impression that they are more expensive.
Tip 6: For higher-end hampers, use reusable items such as crates, baskets, or trays. This way, even after the contents are gone, the hamper remains functional and stylish.
Tip 7: Start with the larger items at the back working forward to the shorter smaller items.
Tip 8: Small budget gift boxes make excellent teacher’s gifts. Fill them with homemade treats in cellophane bags for a simple yet thoughtful gesture.
Tip 9: To tie a bow tie, approach it like tying your shoelaces. Pull the loops to create a bold, but not oversized, bow. Adjust until it looks just right. If you're still having trouble, consider using a thick twine that only requires a simple knot.
