Steve Dunn: Warehouse expert and box engineer – and quite the fun-loving character. His go-to? Our range of Toilet paper. (After all, his nickname is "Dunny.")

Shell: Our Chief Selector and Purchaser Extraordinaire, who also moonlights as our in-house Cake Whisperer. She's like a kid in a candy store when it comes to our vibrant and chic cake decorating products. Among her treasures, her personal favourite has to be the cookie boxes – versatile enough to store everything from cookies to gifts.
