Rich in monounsaturated fats, this 250ml bottle is an ideal natural source of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C and E. Its subtle and nutty flavour enhances dishes without overpowering them. Drizzle over salads, cooking at medium temperatures and to use as a finishing oil. Smoke point - medium. Can be heated to approximately 200°C.
