What do I get for flat rate priority shipping $25.00?

Your order will be given priority, If it is received before 1pm it will leave the same day. We will assess the goods ordered and Choose the fastest, Most efficient, method for the size of the delivery. Not all goods are suitable for this delivery method due to size. However, if we feel the delivery needs consultation we will call and discuss the method with you.

What delivery address should I use?

We only accept a street address for delivery's. No PO BOX Numbers.

Where is Local Pick Up?

Local pick up is a delivery option available for customers who would like to preorder items and collect from our Warehouse at Bomaderry.

How much does this bag hold? 

It depends on what you are putting in it but generally 250gms for the small bag, 500gms for the Medium and 1kg for the Large.

Are they Heat sealable?

Yes, they are.

My item is very oily from Butter or Natural oil will this effect the bag?

Yes it can, Even though this item has a poly lining that keeps product fresh. The oil can leach through the bag. We recommend testing your product. It may be necessary to put in a Cello bag, and then packaging to avoid any oil stains. this will also help with the freshness.

What are the benefits of putting my item into a cello bag first?

If you would like your item to be tamper proof, a great way to achieve that is to put your product into a cellophane bag first, Heat seal this bag and then put into the Tin Tie pouch. The Tin Tie or Pouch can then be wound down in the usual manner. This will enable the customer to be able to cut the cello bag open and then use the Tin tie to open and close as required.

Credits & Returns

At Centaur Packaging we pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction. However please choose carefully. For Hygiene reasons we do not exchange nor take returns on Food service and Wellbeing products.We do not exchange or refund for change of mind purchases.
Reasons for returning items for exchange or credit will be decided case by case due to health regulations.

Goods will be returnable if they are-

  • Goods are faulty
  • Goods have been wrongly described
  • Goods are different to the product purchased on the website

Please email for an approval number and state the reason for the claim or return. At this stage we will approve or decline the return of the product, as food packaging items or damaged packaging will not be able to be returned. Postage costs will not be refunded and return postage costs will be responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Goods Policy

The Best way to make sure your goods are covered for replacement if broken or damaged is to take our our very affordable insurance.
All damaged goods should be reported by email within 24 hours of receipt of goods to enable the issuing of replacements. Details should include your order number and photos of the damage. Should this not be the case we may not be able to accept liability for damaged goods.
If a product is damaged under the value of $10.00 Centaur Packaging will reserve the right to offer a refund rather than replace the goods.
