How Creating became natural for Nikita

Hey all, I’m Nikita. I’m a married mumma bear to three beautiful boys ranging from toddler to teen and we live on the beautiful mid north coast in Port Macquarie.
How it all started- Our Sawyer bear (Yep! The biz is named after him) was newborn and struggling with a few issues, such as reflux and constant nappy rash. I found myself creating these natural products that helped him immensely, when store bought products failed to provide relief. I had knowledge from my past aromatherapy studies that I could reflect on and knew I could put them to use to help my little man. When teething came along I could help, when he was struggling with settling to sleep, I could help. I started sharing them with friends and family from my dining room table and the business bloomed from there.
From an Aged care nursing background and now a certified Aromatherapist, i am so lucky that I was able to build a successful business that allowed me to stay home with my babes, resigning from my day job within 3 months of opening our virtual doors. I have never looked back!
This honestly wouldn’t be possible without having reliable and supportive suppliers. Centaur are such a huge part of our business week in week out. Freight Options

  • OPTION 1- FLAT RATE From $15.00, Parcels are fully Trackable. Australia Wide.
  • OPTION 2- PRIORITY SHIPPING from $25.00 fully Trackable Australia wide. Insurance Extra.
  • OPTION 3-LOCAL PICK UP- You are welcome to organize your own freight or Collect from our Warehouse located in Bomaderry NSW located Between the Beautiful Berry and Nowra on the south coast.

Please Note For Large orders: Due to the bulky nature of some of our items we reserve the right to adjust the freight component. We will always advise if this is going to occur and we will always try our best to maintain competitive freight prices.

Credits & Returns

At Centaur Packaging we pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction. However please choose carefully. For Hygiene reasons we do not exchange nor take returns on Food service and Wellbeing products.We do not exchange or refund for change of mind purchases.
Reasons for returning items for exchange or credit will be decided case by case due to health regulations.

Goods will be returnable if they are-

  • Goods are faulty
  • Goods have been wrongly described
  • Goods are different to the product purchased on the website

Please email for an approval number and state the reason for the claim or return. At this stage we will approve or decline the return of the product, as food packaging items or damaged packaging will not be able to be returned. Postage costs will not be refunded and return postage costs will be responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Goods Policy

The Best way to make sure your goods are covered for replacement if broken or damaged is to take our our very affordable insurance.
All damaged goods should be reported by email within 24 hours of receipt of goods to enable the issuing of replacements. Details should include your order number and photos of the damage. Should this not be the case we may not be able to accept liability for damaged goods.
If a product is damaged under the value of $10.00 Centaur Packaging will reserve the right to offer a refund rather than replace the goods.
